  • DIY: Summer in the Gardens’ workshop

    Our ‘Summer in the Gardens’ workshop series takes place on site at our greenhouse and gardens

    You will have access to the blooming gardens for cutting, a pre-cut bar filled with gorgeous focal flowers and fresh foliage, and your choice of vessel to complete a custom floral arrangement. Tools provided, but you may bring gardening gloves if preferred for cutting. Workshops are approximately 1.5 hours and are BYOB!

    Participants will receive an email with information and details prior to the workshop.

  • Kitchen Garden Workshop

    This workshop will take you thru the steps to create your own kitchen garden. 

    How to grow your garden from seed

    List of best places to get starters in the Hudson Valley

    Giving you the tools needed to be successful your very first season. It will also include simple to execute recipes that will help you make the most of your harvests.

  • Cut Flower Gardening Succession Planning, Seeding, and Transplanting Heat Loving Annuals

    This on-farm workshop will give you the tools needed to plan a garden filled with annual cut flowers that bloom all the way until frost! We’ll demonstrate how to start different kinds of warm weather annuals from seed, cover transplanting do’s and don’ts, and discuss how to plant successions of sunflowers and other short lived blooms for season extension.

    Attendees will receive seeds to start in the Fall 2025 which can be picked up at the farm
