Tuber Quality Assurance
We stand behind the authenticity and health of every dahlia tuber we send out. Each tuber is guaranteed to match its description, arrive with at least one viable eye, and be in good, healthy condition.
Inspection and Refund Policy
Please examine your tubers promptly upon delivery. If you notice any issues, contact us within 7 days at floramoonfarm@gmail.com with clear photos showing the problem so we can assist you. After this period, ownership and responsibility for the tubers transfer to you.Refunds are not provided for problems caused by weather, planting conditions, pests, diseases, or improper care.
Virus Control Measures
. We carefully remove any plants showing signs of disease during the season, sanitize tools between uses, and employ organic pest management practices. However, like all plants, dahlias can occasionally be affected by viruses, which cannot be completely prevented.
Shipping Details
All orders ship via USPS within the United States only. Tubers are shipped in April, once freezing temperatures have passed in your area. Early shipping is not available. You will receive an email notification when your order is packed and ready to go. Please be patient as we handle thousands of orders each season. If you haven’t received a notification by late April, rest assured your order is still being processed.
Shipping Fees and Discounts
A flat shipping fee of $17.50 applies per order. If you place multiple orders using the same email and shipping address, we will automatically combine shipping charges and apply a discount on subsequent orders before checkout. Using different emails or addresses will prevent combining shipping costs retroactively.
Order Confirmation and Cart Policy
Orders are only confirmed once payment is completed and you receive an order confirmation email with your order number. We do not hold carts or reserve items without completed checkout.
Purchase Limits
To give more growers access to rare varieties, some tubers are limited per household (not per individual). Attempts to bypass limits using multiple family members or friends may result in cancellation of all related orders and full refunds.
Stock and Substitutions
We do not offer substitutions if stock changes occur after your order is placed. In such cases, we will refund the cost of any unavailable tubers.
Replacements and Cancellations
Due to shipping logistics, we cannot replace tubers. If a refund is warranted, you will receive a full refund for the affected items.Cancellations are accepted within two weeks of ordering but are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Contact Information and Shipping Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide accurate email and shipping details. Shipping notifications are sent automatically to the email used at checkout. Incorrect information may prevent you from receiving updates or your order.
Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
Once your order leaves our farm, delivery times and package security are managed by USPS. For lost packages, please contact USPS directly for assistance.
Customer Conduct
We value respectful communication. Any threatening, abusive, or disrespectful messages may result in refusal of future service.
Trademarked Varieties (KA®)
We plan to offer KA® dahlia varieties under license agreements that support the hybridizer’s work.
Hobby gardeners may continue to grow, share, or sell cut flowers without change.
Selling tubers or cuttings of KA® varieties under the trademarked name requires a license from the hybridizer. This process is straightforward regardless of quantity. For more details, please visit the hybridizer’s official website or contact us with questions at floramoonfarm@gmail.com.
